Our story

Signal Supply is an independent online home goods store. We started it with a simple belief: the things you live with every day should be as useful as they are beautiful.

We curate a focused collection of lighting, home decor, outdoor & garden, kitchen & storage and seasonal pieces, chosen for their design and how naturally they fit into everyday life.

How we work

We sell online only. Our products are made and shipped by trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, and we handle every order and customer question ourselves. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive 5–12 business days after shipping, with tracking emailed as soon as your order ships.

Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@signalsupplyshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

All other sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or items that are no longer wanted. Orders can be cancelled only before they ship. Read the full Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
